double row of seedlings outside the fence in the grassy area of the
I-90 corridor using a planting machine donated by the Janesville
Service Center of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
Marshall
students and JSTAC volunteers worked together to complete the project.
Columnar
arborvitae grow medium fast to a height of about 15 feet with a spread
of between five and 10 feet. These trees will provide an
attractive and effective screen against traffic noise and visual
distraction from the highway.
